Vacation homeowners are the typical user of this service which is offered in a monthly plan or bi-monthly plan (every 2 months). It includes checking HVAC is operable, changing filters as needed, flushing drains, inspecting plumbing and fixtures for leaks, inspecting ceilings, walls and floors for water intrustion (very applicable in multi-family condominiums), This services can and does save property owners from experiencing more serious problems that may go undetected which can disrupt planned vacation time if the home is unattended for extended periods of time.
