IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 

Administration and maintenance staff work Mon - Friday from 9am - 5pm and can be reached by phone at 941-404-4484, by email or this website. The Leasing & Sales staff are available by appointment only. 

No work orders are performed in evenings, on weekends or holidays, except for emergencies. Work orders are processed FIFO, or "first in, first out".  However, some work orders receive a HIGHER PRIORITY based on the community's method for ranking risk and impact. After hours, no work orders are performed unless they are considered a true emergency. The answering service has "standing instructions" to handle specific types of issues and will only contact an "on call" person, when absolutely necessary to avoid additional charges.

NOTE: IF YOU CAUSE DAMAGE DUE TO NEGLIGENCE OR HAVE ATTEMPTED TO FIX SOMETHING WITHOUT FIRST CONSULTING WITH THE LEASING & MANAGEMENT OFFICE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE WORK ORDER, PARTS, MATERIALS AND LABOR.
